- Custom design at scale: headless Shopify (or Medusa) with a Next.js front end
- Truly unique flows: custom build — Next.js + Stripe + PostgreSQL — only when off-the-shelf can't do it
Why: payments, fraud and compliance are hard to get right; buy them unless selling online *is* your unique advantage.
