Every form, payment and email actually works (and lands in the right inbox)
Works on phones, tablets and major browsers
Page speed and Core Web Vitals
SEO: titles, descriptions, sitemap submitted, no broken links, redirects from old URLs
Security: HTTPS, admin accounts with MFA, no test data or secrets exposed
Analytics and conversion tracking firing correctly
Backups and monitoring switched on
Accessibility basics: contrast, keyboard navigation, alt text
