How do I set up a domain and business email?

1. Buy the domain from a reputable registrar; enable auto-renew and registrar lock
2. Choose email: Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
3. Point DNS: MX records for email; A/CNAME records for the website (Cloudflare makes DNS easy)
4. Protect deliverability: set SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your emails don't land in spam and can't be spoofed
5. Secure accounts: MFA for everyone, admin roles kept minimal
